Davis Langdon is providing cost management services on the construction of luxury apartments, leisure/retail space and offices in the heart of Liverpool’s new commercial quarter.
The project, in St Paul’s Square, is the first of four regeneration schemes around the country by English Cities Fund, a joint venture between Amec, English Partnerships and Legal & General.
The first phase, due for completion in early 2007, will comprise 50 luxury apartments. The architect is RHWL.
“This is a prestigious job for the Liverpool office of Davis Langdon and one which allows us to utilise our experience in this area,” said partner Andrew Stevenson.
