A planned £15m new complex in Liverpool designed by London Eye architects Marks Barfield has received planning permission.
The scheme for developer Carpenter Investments will include 120 flats as well as shops on the ground floor. The building will feature sustainable initiatives such as silent wind turbines on the roof, double height windows to make use of natural light and natural ventilation. A consultancy team has yet to be appointed on the project.
