NIck Gregory and Michael Maxwell will focus on London and the South East

Partnership housing developer Lovell has announced two key senior appointments, designed to boost its business growth plans in London and the South East.

Nick Gregory (pictured, right) joins the firm as special projects director and will head up Lovell’s involvement in major joint venture initiatives by its parent, Morgan Sindall Group, in the London region. He joins Lovell from architects Purcell where he was strategic development director.

And Michael Maxwell (pictured, left) has been appointed as operations director, responsible for the operational delivery of Lovell projects within London and the South East.  Michael joins from Woolf, where he was a director and led on strategy and operational delivery.

Lovell regional managing director Michael O’Farrell says: “Nick and Michael possess outstanding industry track records and experience of successfully securing major business opportunities and delivering flagship construction projects and developments.

“They are extremely strong additions to our experienced senior management team and ensure we continue to have the leading strategic, technical and commercial expertise to fully capitalise on significant opportunities for the business across London and the South East.”

In addition, Lovell has announced promotions for two current members of the London senior management team: business development manager Andy Collyer becomes regional partnerships director, and sales manager Simone Dhanjal is promoted to regional sales director.
