Mace director moves to Davis Langdon

Davis Langdon has taken on Richard Bannister from Mace. Bannister joins as partner in the Manchester office, where his remit will be to grow project management to match the cost consulting side of the business. He joins 13 other Davis Langdon partners in the northern region.

As former northern regional director for Mace, Bannister had special responsibility for regeneration. He has worked on initial planning applications for London 2012 for the London Development Agency. He was also programme management director at Liverpool Vision and Sheffield One.

Regional Managing Partner Paul Stanion said: "Regeneration is a key sector for Davis Langdon and we are confident that, with Richard leading Project Management in this area, we will be well placed to meet the significant opportunities that continue to be present in the region."
