The UK Trades Confederation is working in conjunction with Elecsa to help electricians prepare for the imminent arrival of Part P of the Building Regulations.
Each electrician that undertakes the Elecsa assessment through the UK Trades Confederation will receive a one-to-one session to aid in the completion of the required forms and advice on the correct documentation for the Elecsa assessment. There is also a one-stop shop that includes a free web site, a downloadable Elecsa-approved contract (required for each project carried out under Part P) and free business consultancy, including health and safety advice.
UK Trades Confederation md Derek Vaughan said: “Our aim is to help members increase their business and reduce overheads. Forming an alliance with Elecsa means our members can undergo the assessment as part of our simple solution to Part P.”
