The division will focus on offering advice to facilities management companies and will offer services such as risk management, outsourcing and supply chain management and business planning, from offices in London, Leeds and Glasgow.
TTMS managing director, Clive Porter said that the new unit was launched in a bid to fill what he believes is a gap in the market. He says that TTMS can bridge the gap between advice given by consultants and the procurement of services because it can 'bolt on other services available across the rest of the group.
'We have found that being able to provide facilities management consultancy along with other services is great,' he said.
Porter wants TTMS to retain its position at the strategic end of the market, advising on procurement of hard services and the outsourcing of non-core activities such as HR, IT and finance.
TTMS is currently chasing deals with clients in the high-tech and financial sectors.
