Martin Chambers has joined the queue for President of the CIOB. Elected Junior Vice President in July, he is one of Bovis Lend Lease’s key links to top client Defence Estates, serving as project director in the £1bn Single Living Accommodation Modernisation programme (SLAM). He’ll take over the presidency in 2007/08.
