Minority stake

ISL, supplier of video smoke detection equipment has taken a minority stake in Visual Protection Ltd, which recently developed a unique movement detection technology due to be launched next year. It joins Sentec, a Cambridge-based technology developer, as a shareholder in the business, poised to develop new markets for the company.
