MK Electric has announced that LED Group has agreed to immediately stop selling Robus waterproof sockets in the UK because they infringe an MK Electric UK patent on its Masterseal range.

“Each year, MK Electric invests significantly in intellectual property and new product development," said Mike Southgate, MK Electric managing director.

“MK actively monitors any potential infringements and will continue to enforce vigorously its intellectual property rights globally.”
