Regeneration scheme will see creation of new business district next to railway station

Morgan Sindall’s urban regeneration division has secured a £115m development in Chester.

Muse Developments will start work on Chester’s new Central Business District in 2013 subject to planning.

The scheme next to Chester railway station will include 500,000ft of office space.
