The NexWatch brand – part of Honeywell Access Systems – will now be called Honeywell Integrated Security. The name change is a result of 'Voice of the Customer' research that indicated customers and integrators had a strong preference to be associated with the recognised Honeywell brand.

The NexWatch Dealer Network will now be called Honeywell Authorised Security Integrators. Honeywell Integrated Security will continue to offer the Pro-Watch security management platform as well as other comprehensive security solutions exclusively through this network. "Our customers are moving beyond just access control to providing a whole, integrated approach to security," said Honeywell Access Systems president John Lorenty. "By adopting the name Honeywell Integrated Security, we will exemplify what we are doing in delivering integrated security solutions."

Due to expansion, Hunt Electronic UK has moved to Unit 20, Metro Centre, Britannia Way, London, NW10 7PA.

DVTel has relocated to larger office space in High Wycombe to accommodate the company's growth. The new offices are 50 per cent larger to house a staff that has tripled in the last two years.

Droitwich-based company Train 4 Security has opened a London office. It delivers courses and workshops aimed at raising standards within the security sector.
