£30m training fund

The Learning and Skills Council is urging small and medium-sized construction businesses to take advantage of a £30m leadership training fund to protect themselves and staff in today’s tough times. The LSC’s Train to Gain service runs a Leadership and Management programme targeting firms with 10-250 employees. Companies that sign up will receive a visit from a Train to Gain broker who will carry out a free skills diagnosis to help identify appropriate training courses.
