This ‘totally new purpose-built compact van’ is larger than the earlier model in all key areas. The payload is up to 819kg, and the load floor is large enough to accommodate a Euro pallet. A new 2.0 litre 69 PS SDI diesel engine is the initial offering, with a turbocharged 1.9 litre to follow in summer. The passenger-carrying Caddy shuttle and family-oriented Caddy Life MPV will be launched later this year.
