Saint-Gobain Glass is extending the SGG Bioclean family to include a dual-coated glass combining self-cleaning properties with SGG Cool-Lite ST for versatile solar control.

SGG Bioclean Cool-Lite ST is the first dual-coated glass that can be toughened from stock. Manufactured at Saint-Gobain Glass' float plant in East Yorkshire, SGG Bioclean Cool-Lite ST will be available from September 2005 in 4mm and 6mm thickness, 3210 x 2250 and 6000 x 3210 dimensions.

The product has been developed in response to increasing demand for multi-functional glazing, in particular for conservatory roofs and other hard to reach areas.
