NEW-LOOK NEWHAM: Planning permission has been granted for this £25m mixed-use development near to Stratford town centre in the London borough of Newham. Burford Wharf, developed by Holon for architect and urban designer Stock Woolstencroft, will comprise 58 live/work units, 62 homes and a commercial element. Twenty-one of those homes will be affordable housing.
