BSRIA'S Partnering Toolkit was launched last month by Nigel Griffiths MP, the new minister for small business and enterprise.
Authored by Gerry Samuelsson-Brown, the toolkit aims to provide the most up-to-date information on the subject of partnering. The guide focuses on the key characteristics of successful partnering: commitment towards team building; high level of senior management involvement; openness; identification of mutual objectives; and early involvement of key players. The toolkit is available from the BSRIA bookshop on 01344 426511.
