New REALM of security provision tests OCS Resolution’s resources

Security has extended its contract with REALM – the largest factory outlet operator in the UK – to provide 24-hour security at four sites in Talke, Castleford, Braintree and North Shields.

Originally only responsible for Royal Quay’s outlet Shopping Village in North Shields, OCS Resolution Security is now providing CCTV services, patrols and 24-hour Control Room services at the sites, all of which are owned by Hermes and managed by REALM. OCS Resolution has already carried out initial induction training with all employees – both officers and supervisors – who transferred across under TUPE such that site-specific knowledge was maintained for the benefit of REALM’s facilities manager Steve Blades.
