Hyder Consulting’s Hong Kong division ACLA has been chosen to develop a masterplan for this scheme in Beijing.

The Window to China project will be a trade and business park covering 53ha, featuring offices, shopping centres and a five star hotel.

The project was designed by RAD Architects.
