Developer says all 272 apartments at Al Bateen Park have been sold already

Aldar Properties has launched a residential project in the centre of Abu Dhabi that will provide 272 apartments for buyers in the city.

Al Bateen Park will also contain 75 villas and townhouses, and Aldar said that the development’s apartments have already been sold.

The firm said it expected the development to be finished by August 2012.

Mohammed al Mubarak, the chief commercial cfficer of Aldar Properties, said: “We are delighted to be announcing this launch and pre-sale today.

"This is going to be a great place to live that signals just how strong the underlying market for residential developments is in the heart of Abu Dhabi.”
