The 7500 m2 project, which was officially launched this week, is linked to a grade II-listed period building. The project, which includes a new public square, was originally designed by Sir Michael Hopkins and Partners, who then was handed it over to architect Rolfe Judd for detailed design.

The project team includes contractor Heery International, civil, structural and M&E engineer Buro Happold, QS Davis Langdon & Everest, planning supervisor Watts & Partners and agents Knight Frank and DTZ.
