The former managing director and executive chairman of the UK’s only listed architect, Aukett, will leave the company next month after 27 years of service.
Andrew Lett, who is deputy chairman, is credited with helping to transform Aukett from a small practice into one of Europe’s leading players.

Lett will leave at the company’s financial year-end on 30 September. He joined in 1976 and has been a member of the board since its flotation in February 1988.

In a statement to the stock exchange, the company said: “Mr Lett has played a significant leadership role in the development of Aukett and its recognised brand, from a single UK-based office into a Europe-based organisation doing business throughout the UK and continental Europe.”
