Leaderflush Shapland supplied doors to the Francis Coombe Academy in Watford

Leaderflush Shapland supplied 86 doorsets from its Designer and Extended Performance ranges to the Francis Coombe Academy in Watford. The doors were specified in Crown Cut American White Oak. Leaderflush Shapland says they were chosen to achieve performance characteristics of 30 minutes fire resistance and 38 RwdB sound reduction. All door sets incorporated Hygienilac into wood lacquer, which is Leaderflush Shapland’s anti-microbial finish which reduces the potential risk of bacteria causing illnesses in schools by killing most species including C. diff, salmonella and E. coli.
