Construction has started on the Architecture Gallery at the V&A Museum, designed by Gareth Hoskins Architects. The gallery is a joint venture of the RIBA and the V&A and will house the UK's only permanent architectural collection. Architect Wright & Wright has also designed study rooms and storage for the RIBA drawings collection. Bovis Lend Lease is construction manager for both projects, with Dewhurst Macfarlane & Partners as structural engineer, V&A Property Services as services engineer, Scott Chandler Robinson as QS and Benbow Interiors as building contractor for the gallery.
