Michael Craven will take up the post in December as ACN looks to expand regional centres into the community

Michael Craven has been appointed the first full time director of the Architecture Centre Network.

Craven is currently director, organisation development at the Arts Council England and will take up the ACN post on 11th December.

On his appointment Craven said: “Architecture has long been one of my real interests. It's an important time for ACN and I'm looking forward to developing and delivering the strategic focus for the organisation in collaboration with the Architecture Centres current, and new, international, national and regional partners and our funders."

The Architecture Centre Network is the national body for 22 Architecture and Built Environment Centres.
