The Team that built an arts centre in Liverpool will shortly discover if they face a claim for a roof collapse in April this year.
Lawyers for the Liverpool Foundation for Art and Creative Technology are due to report on 12 November on the causes of the failure.

Mowlem was main contractor, Buro Happold was structural engineer and the design was by Austin-Smith:Lord The incident, which occurred two months after the centre opened, led to the closure of all three cinemas at the £10m centre and forced it to borrow £750,000 to pay for emergency works.

The centre hired Wirral contractor RDC to carry out the repair work.

Eddie Berg, the director of the centre, said that he was hopeful he would soon be repaying the loans.
