Bam has won a £20m teaching centre for Teesside University, which will aim for a BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating.
Work will begin on site next month.
The project in the centre of Teesside Univeristy’s campus will incorporate flexible teaching facilities and landscaping and public realm improvements.
A visitor centre will be on site for students and visitors to keep up-to-date on progress, while the project will also be a live example of building informatino modelling (BIM) for study groups.
