Contractor to build out Euro HQ in Leamington
Contractor Bam has been picked to build out the planned £20m headquarters building for Tata Technologies, the engineering services arm of the Indian conglomerate.
Bam is constructing the 63,000 sq ft HQ in Tachbrook Park at Leamington Spa, after the development, designed by architect Webb Gray, recently received planning permission from Warwick council.
As well as HQ buildings it will include an R&D centre designed to serve its key customers in the automotive, aerospace and industrial machinery sectors.
Tata Group owns businesses including Jaguar Land Rover, Tata Steel and Tetley, as well as the engineering services firm Tata Technologies.
