Bam Construction has won a £38m batch of priority schools in Hull and East Riding

The Education Funding Agency confirmed today that Bam has been selected for the batch of capital-funded Priority Schools Building Programme schools, which is the second in the Hull and East Riding area to come to market.

The batch is worth £38m, with Bam beating Sir Robert McAlpine to the job.

The batch comprises four new school buildings, comprising two primary and two secondary schools.

The schools included in this batch are:

  •  Withernsea High School, East Riding of Yorkshire - secondary  
  • Wolfreton School and Sixth Form College, East Riding of Yorkshire - secondary 
  • Foredyke Primary School, Hull
  • Neasden Primary School, Hull
