Developer BandValley has won planning permission for a £53m mixed-use regeneration scheme at Stockwell Green, south London.

Designed by architect Hawkins\Brown, it includes 8300 m2 of office space, a health centre and 290 homes. An 6800 m², four-storey building, currently being used for document storage, will be revamped as the BottleStore, a business hub, and will be clad in translucent and concrete panels. A separate 1500 m2 building will be a business incubator for start-ups.

The residential units will include one- to four-bedroom apartments.

Sustainability and M&E on the project is being run by Max Fordham, while structural engineers are Price & Myers and QS is Philip Pank Partnerships.
