Four-year appointment covers new-build and refurbishment work for Scottish LEAs

Barr, Kier and Rok have been appointed to a £20m framework to build and repair schools in Scotland.

The three contractors will carry out new-build school extensions, alterations and refurbishments for Scotland's local education authorities for a period of four years.

According to the original OJEC tender, the framework partners will build between £5m and £20m of schools projects in Scotland.

The framework was set up by the LHC network, through which public sector organisations procures construction services and programmes.
