Housebuilder completes first of three residential towers next to Arsenal FC’s Emirates Stadium

Barratt has completed the first of three towers on the Queensland Terrace scheme, next to Arsenal’s stadium in north London, designed by CZWG Architects.

The three towers together comprise a £60m development boasting 374 homes.

MDA Consulting was the project manager on the scheme; the structural engineer was Walsh Associates; and the M&E engineer was Whitecode Design Associates.
