Contractor Ogilvie is due to start building the new £7m Bathgate Partnership Centre, designed by BDP, in April

The ground floor will house a public library, community centre and cafe, with offices for West Lothian council on the upper floor. The 2,550m2 scheme is set to complete in summer 2011. The cost consultant was Gardiner & Theobald.
