Bellway’s 500-home Ebbsfleet scheme approved

Development is latest approval for Ebbsfleet Garden City

Bellway has been given the green light for plans to build a 532-home development at Ebbsfleet Garden City.

The Kent scheme, which will be built on 12ha of former industrial land on the banks of the Thames, was submitted to Ebbsfleet Development Corporation in July and approved shortly before Christmas.
