Sheppard Robson reveals plans for 121-hectare regeneration scheme in east Kent

Plans have been unveiled for a 121-hectare Sheppard Robson-designed regeneration scheme in east Kent.

The Betteshanger Sustainable Parks scheme includes an 80-ha country park and a 40-ha business and education park focused on green technologies.

The project will be built on a brownfield site left by the closed Betteshanger Colliery.

The project is being developed by Hadlow College, in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency.
