Three of contractor Birse's top Midland directors are leaving to form their own project management business.
David Ward and Simon Hunt, of Birse's Midland building division, and Simon Gerrard, the Midland commercial director, are expected to leave at the end of March. A Birse spokesman said the men's departure was amicable and the company hoped to replace them by promoting internally
