Civil engineer to undertake infrastructure works on 10,000-home mixed-use development
Land Securities has appointed Birse Civils for a major infrastructure project at the Ebbsfleet Valley development in Kent.
The £9.2m deal involves bulk earthworks and the creation of roads for the 400ha mixed-use development, which will include 10,000 new homes.
The 38-week programme will start this month.
Engineer on the UK construction project is Arup and Gardiner and Theobald is QS.
