HBG has been appointed as contractor on the £120m Mann Island scheme on Liverpool’s waterfront.
Plans for the mixed-use project, designed in black granite by Broadway Malyan, include 376 apartments, 140,000ft2 of office space, cafes, restaurants and shops.
The clients are Neptune Developments and Countryside Properties. HBG starts work next month with completion due in December 2010.
