Great Bow Yard in Somerset won one of three gold accolades at Cabe’s Building for Life awards.

The scheme, designed by Stride Treglown, met 80% of the design criteria for housing set out by Cabe. The other winners were Empire Square in Southwark, London, and the Russells in Broadway, Worcestershire.
