This £265m masterplan by Wilkinson Eyre for Brighton Marina is to go before planning officials at Brighton and Hove council today.

The plan, for Brunswick Developments, includes a 40-storey tower, which would be the tallest building in Sussex. The proposals also include 988 residential units, 504 m2 of harbour control and marina offices, a community centre and a visitor viewing gallery. The scheme has already been recommended for approval by council planning officers.
