Developer and Singaporean investor GIC plan 32 story Arup-designed towers

Arup

British Land and Singaporean investor GIC have submitted plans for an Arup Associates-designed set of four tapered office blocks in the City of London.

The scheme, which rises to 32 storeys at its peak, will provide 550,000ft2 of commercial space for up to 5,000 office workers.

It will also incorporate a terrace, public restaurant, cafe and conference and events space, while at ground level a double-height arcade of shops will link Finsbury Avenue Square with Sun Street and Old Street.
