Broadway Malyan is to provide detailed designs for the £84m Bournville College in Birmingham

The six-storey building will be part of the first phase of St Modwen’s £750m redevelopment of a former Rover works. Completion is due in 2011. Faithful + Gould is project manager and QS. Gifford is the engineer.
