Entries are invited for a new young achiever of the year award, which has been launched by Building and the Construction Industry Training Board as part of the 2003 Building Awards.

The award is open to anyone aged 25 or younger on 1 January 2003 who has made a significant contribution to the industry. The winner might be the designer of a new piece of safety equipment, an architect, or a reformed offender forging a career in construction.
