Local authority requires firms to assess housing, hostels and commercial units
London Borough of Camden has put out a call for a £750,000 building surveying job on its estate.
The local authority is looking for companies to carry out decent homes analysis, external and internal surveys.
The buildings include housing, hostel units, community halls and commercial properties.
It also requires contractors to carry out specialist M&E survey into boiler houses, communal heating distribution mains, mechanical ventilation equipment and electrical switch rooms.
The contract starts on 15th August 2011 and is due for completion by 2nd April 2012.
Requests to participate must be received by 23rd May 2011 and invitations to tender will be issued to selected candidates by 30th May 2011.
