Construction work has started on Jubilee Place, a retail centre in Docklands, and will be completed in 2003

Building Design Partnership designed the 35-unit, 85 000 ft² centre. Client is developer the Canary Wharf Group. Contractor is Canary Wharf Contractors. Arup is structural engineer and M&E contractor.
