Consultant to provide range of services including project management on £2.4m mixed-use project

Multidisciplinary consultant Capita Symonds has been appointed to provide project management, civil and structural engineering, architecture and landscape, and environmental services on an affordable business space in southern Scotland for client Scottish Enterprise.

The proposed £2.4m development will offer 12,000ft2 mixed-use office and light industrial accommodation for let in Gretna, Lockerbie and Annan for small to medium sized businesses.

Overall, the project aims to sustain and grow the Dumfries and Galloway economy.

The project will aim to contribute to the Scottish government’s ambitious low carbon emission targets by achieving a BREEAM excellent rating.
