Mayor of London Ken Livingstone was joined by minister for London Nick Raynsford and architect Lord Foster on Tuesday for a topping out ceremony at the £45m Greater London Authority headquarters
CIT is the developer, the architect is Foster and Partners, cost consultants are Davis Langdon & Everest and Mott Green & Wall, landscape architect is Townshends and construction manager is Mace. Arup has handled the structure, services, the facade, fire protection, communications and acoustic engineering. Building is publishing a series of articles to track the construction of the building.
