ChandlerKBS completes work on £108m Swiss retail village

Property consultant ChandlerKBS has completed work on the first village style outlet centre in Switzerland for developer ING Real Estate.

Despite heavy snowfall in the area throughout the construction process, the £108m (180m Swiss Francs) Alpenrhein Outlet Village in Landquart has opened its doors in time for ski season.

Alpenrhein sits at the foot of the Swiss Alps close to the Austrian border near the famous international ski resorts of St Moritz, Klosters, Arosa and Davos.

The outlet is home to some 100 top brand shops, all of which have a minimum 30% discount offering.
