New Nation Councils to earmark training needs for England, Scotland and Wales

The Construction Industry Training Board has named the new heads of groups tasked with identifying the training needs of workers in England, Scotland and Wales.

Seamus Keogh (pictured), chief executive of Clancy Docwra, will become the chair of the Nation Council for England while Tony Elliott, group HR director of Robertson and Leigh Hughes, business development and social value director at Bouygues, take over the roles for Scotland and Wales respectively.
