City green lights Barbican office block

Eight-storey scheme drawn up by Emrys

The City of London has given the green light to an eight-storey office block close to Barbican tube station.

Three existing buildings will be demolished to make way for the scheme, which is located at 1-12 Long Lane between Barbican and the new home of the Museum of London at Smithfield in Farringdon.
