Scheme designed by BPTW
Clarion Housing Group has been given permission to build more than 700 homes in Essex.
Designed by BPTW, the £200m scheme at Rainham will include more than 1,000m2 of commercial and retail space.
The 3.5ha development is located near the new Rainham Beam Park station and is divided into four areas which include mews streets with two to three storey family homes and a range of apartment buildings between five and 12 storeys.
Construction is expected to start this December and finish in 2025.
